It depends on the order. If you purchased a pre-made bracelet then your order will ship between 1-3 days after you check out.

If you place a custom order, it will take 3-5 days to create before shipping.

Once shipped, it typically takes 3-6 days (standard) or 1-3 days (express) to arrive depending on location.

After an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it before completing the order. However, you can try to contact us ASAP within 3 hours of placing the order. If you contact us after 3 hours of placing the order AND before we complete creating the order we can fix it at an additional cost of $5 per bracelet.

You are able to cancel your order for a full refund within 3 hours of placing an order.

Due to the custom production of each bracelet and each order, we are unable to make any exceptions outside of this window.

Due to the custom nature of each bracelet, we cannot accept returns. However, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if there are sizing issues.

All bracelets, unless otherwise noted, are intended for children 6 years old and up. Children should always be closely supervised when wearing our bracelets.

Yes. Postage is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the weight of the order and the country it is being sent to. 

Please note that all orders are sent with a mandatory signature on delivery. Taxes are not pre-handled and orders may incur country-specific import taxes. We are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages.

All of our non-woven styles are made with quality stretch cords. For information on specific beads, see the individual bracelet descriptions. 

All of our woven styles are made with Fireline cord and Japanese Miyuki Delica beads.

The girls, Ari and Tali, find inspiration everywhere. They come up with one-of-a-kind colorways every time they are in the studio.

We’d love for you to wear your jewelry all of the time. However, we recommend limiting contact with lotion, water, oil, perfume, sunscreen, and other items that can negatively affect the color of the beads.

Some beads will fade with wear and after contact with water and moisture. Check the product description for further details.
